Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued except as provided below.

Returns

• Our Return Policy lasts 30 days from delivery.
• To be eligible, products must be in new (unmodified, unaltered) condition, in original packaging, and shipped to the return facility address provided by customer service.

 

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Certain health and personal care items

 

Process:

• Contact us at support@foliaya.com to confirm the return address and provide a tracking number.
• Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved returns will be processed within 30 days.

 

Refunds & Exchanges:

• We offer refunds to the original payment method or exchanges for the same item.
• Store credits are not offered.
• Refunds to credit cards may take up to 5 to 7 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.
• Refunds by bank transfer will be completed within 48 hours after receipt of your bank details, in the original order currency.

 

Shipping Costs:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For items over US$75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
